Installing Kennel Panels in Desired Configuration / Bolting the Panels Together

Hoover Fence kennel panels may be installed in a number of different configurations; panels may be bolted together at right angles to one another, or at lesser or greater angles.  Typical installations of kennels resemble a rectangular or square shape when viewed from the top.

    6' x 4' x 6' Kennel Unit (Typical)

Step 1

    Place two panels upright and perpendicular to one another.

    Step 2

    Attach using 2 - 1 3/8" Saddle Clamps and 2 - 5/16" x 1 1/4" nuts and bolts; these simply sandwich the kennel panel frame.

Step 3

    Attach third panel using 2 - 1 3/8" Saddle Clamps and 2 - 5/16" x 1 1/4"" nuts and bolts.

Step 4

    Attach Fourth panel using 2 - 1 3/8" Saddle Clamps and 2 - 5/16" x 1 1/4" nuts and bolts.

Step 5

     Install 2  1 3/8" post caps per panel and one post cap per gate by tapping lightly with a hammer to prevent breaking.

     If one is installing multiple units, attach additional panels on to base unit as desired using 1 3/8" saddle clamps and 5/16" x 1 1/4" nuts and bolts.
