Q. What type of wood is the furniture made from?
A. Northern White Cedar (Thuja Occidentalis), a creamy white wood noted for its resistance to decay and insects.

Q. What type of wood are the arbors and trellises made from?
A. Western Red Cedar (Thuja Plicata), a warm, reddish-toned wood also noted for its resistance to decay and insects.

Q.    What are the cracks in the wood?
A. The slight cracking is called checking, a natural process which occurs as the wood dries. It is only on the surface and does not affect the structural performance or integrity of the wood.

Q.   Does the furniture arrive unassembled?
A. Yes, it is in major components. For example, the chairs and settees are in four components.

Q.  Is the furniture easy to assemble?
A. Yes. Our furniture is all mortise and tenon joinery, and is easily assembled with household tools.

Q. What is the lead time for orderinglshipping?
A. All of these products are shipped factory-direct.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
